What We’ll Be Doing:
If We Winterized Your Boat
We will automatically summerize it. A detailed description of that process is attached so you know exactly what’s being done.
If We Did Not Winterize Your Boat
We will not summerize it unless you specifically request that service.
If no winterization or summerization was performed, please be prepared for potential low tire pressure or discharged batteries at pickup.
Timing:

Outdoor Storage
Boats will be unwrapped and summerized between May 8–13, unless otherwise requested.
If your cover is stored with the boat, we will reinstall it.
If you need special timing, please let us know early.
Indoor Storage
Boats will be summerized between May 4–8.
If you need your boat before May 5, please reply now with your preferred pickup/delivery date.
Recommended Spring Maintenance
The best time to handle maintenance is while your boat is still in our shop. This prevents delays once the season starts.
Schedule Now:
· Spring cleaning/detailing
Impeller replacement (if over 3 years old)
Battery replacement (if over 5 years old)
Spark plug inspection/replacement
Prop inspection or adding a spare
Trailer tire inspection (replace if dry-rotted or worn)
Let us know what you’d like handled and we’ll take care of it before pickup.

Need Gear?
If you need anything for the season, tell us now and we’ll have it waiting on your boat:
Life jackets
Anchors
Dock lines
Fenders
Cleaning supplies
Other essentials
We’ll make sure you’re fully ready before launch day.
Payment Reminder
Invoices are sent as service is completed
All invoices must be paid prior to pickup or delivery.

At Northern Lakes Boat Company, our goal is to make sure you start your season confident, prepared, and with low stress.
If you have requests, special timing needs, or service questions, just reply to this email.
We’re looking forward to another great summer with you.
