HELP WANTED — Northern Lakes Boat Company

Men and women wanted for hard work on and around all kinds of boats.

Long days. Sunburns. Wet feet. Dirty hands. Occasional chaos.

Work includes:

• boat detailing

• boat transport

• marine service assistance

• hours can fluctuate

• and whatever else the day throws at us

Must:

• Be honest, on time, and an asset to the team

• Be humble and teachable. If you already know it all, work somewhere else

• Be able to do top-quality work with little supervision

• Be comfortable working in all weather. Forget about air conditioning

• Be able to see projects through with a strong work ethic & meticulous attention to detail

Experience is helpful, but ATTITUDE is paramount.

This is NOT a “stand around and scroll your phone” kind of job.

It is rewarding work because you'll be:

• Working with a good crew

• Learning useful skills

• Putting out a top-quality product

• Serving the boating community

• Contributing to a fast-growing, local business

• Helping to raise the bar in the marine industry

Nightly safe return probable. Recognition limited. Pay depends on experience and value added.
